These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pb88 ("pb88," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pb88 online gaming platform available at pb88.club, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

pb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards.

• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your pb88 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• pb88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited into your pb88 account that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. pb88 will provide advance notice before applying any such fee.

pb88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all pb88 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pb88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

pb88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pb88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pb88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
